Good for recovery

I got the Portal Cold Plunge last month. It was pretty easy to set up. I've been using it after my workouts, and it definitely helps with muscle soreness. Delivery took about a week to get to me, which was fine.

Solid product, slight shipping delay

I ordered the Cyberpod Cold Plunge along with an Insulated Thermal Cover and a Water Filtration System. The ordering process on their site was smooth and straightforward. I received an order confirmation right away. Shipping was estimated at 5-7 business days, but it ended up taking 9 days to arrive in upstate New York, which wasn't ideal but understandable given the size of the items. Everything was packaged very securely, no damage at all. The Cyberpod itself is well-built and feels sturdy. The chiller works efficiently, getting the water down to temperature quickly. The filtration system keeps the water clean, and the cover helps maintain the temperature overnight. I had a question about the initial water setup, and their customer service responded to my email within 24 hours with clear instructions. Overall, a good experience, though a bit of a wait for delivery.

Decent cold plunge setup

I recently bought the Inflatable Cold Plunge and a Cold Plunge Chiller. The website was easy enough to navigate to find what I needed. The inflatable tub itself is surprisingly robust and was simple to inflate and set up. The chiller connected without any issues, and it brings the water down to a good cold temperature for my recovery routine. I appreciate that they included basic setup instructions. My only minor gripe was that the estimated delivery window was 4-6 days, and my package actually arrived on the 7th day. It wasn't a huge delay, but I had cleared my schedule for an earlier arrival. The value for the combination of the inflatable tub and chiller felt fair compared to other options I researched. Customer service was responsive when I emailed about the delivery status.
